Policies
ORDERING:
When ordering by phone, please state full name, address, city, state, zip/ postal
code & day and evening phone numbers w/area code. Please use a physical street
address since parts cannot be shipped to a PO Box number. Payment may be made using
VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER card. Please have part numbers, quantities, descriptions,
and payment information ready when ordering to assure prompt and efficient service.
UPS GROUND DELIVERY, NEXT DAY AIR, 2nd DAY AIR and 3-DAY SELECT:
services available to all U.S. destinations (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.
TRUCK FREIGHT:
If the item to be ordered is too large for UPS, it must be shipped by common
carrier (Truck Freight). Items that must be shipped via truck, may be shipped
"FREIGHT COLLECT" or "PREPAID" - call for quote or for details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Merchandise that we offer is warranteed against defects in materials and workmanship
if notified within 15 days of receipt by the customer. Liability of Gold Eagle Classics
(GEC) is limited to the replacement of the defective part only. If you are unsatisfied
with a product purchased form GEC and would like a refund, we ask that you do so
within 15 days of receipt. No Refunds after 15 days. Returns after 15 days will be
for Exchange or In-Store Credit only. All returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee,
Inspection and/or the following conditions:
- No returns after 30 days.
- Each product retuned must be in its Original, Unused Condition and Packaging.

Products being returned by US Mail, UPS, Fed-Ex or any other carrier must be
Pre-Authorized first by GEC with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and
accompanied by the Original GEC Invoice or they will Not be accepted.
The following merchandise is Not Returnable under any circumstances:
- Any Books or Literature.
- Any Electrical Parts and /or Wiring Harnesses.
- Any Internal Engine, Transmission or Rear Differential Parts.
- Any Special Order, Special Color or Nonstock Parts.
- Any Truck Freight or Common Carrier Products Shipped or Received.
- Any Part or Product that has been Altered, Painted, Installed or deemed Unsalable by GEC.
